Clean Carbon

Earlier this month the the EPA with the encouragement of President Obama unveiled the national carbon reduction plan. My phone hasn't seen so much pop up action in a while; news alerts from critics, supporters, or otherwise invested parties flooded my notifications. That said, the inundation of information forced me to put on my headline blinders until the hubbub calmed down. Here are my favorite reports on the new policy...
